El Drenaje linfático manual es un tipo de masaje que favorece el funcionamiento del sistema linfático, crucial para la marcha eficaz de nuestro sistema inmunitario. Esta técnica se podría definir como una serie de maniobras manuales muy suaves que se realizan con el fin de drenar o desplazar la linfa que por cualquier causa se encuentra estancada. La función sería llevar y drenar la linfa a territorios linfáticos sanos para su evacuación normal. ──────────────── The lymphatic manual drainage is a kind of massage that favours the proper working of the lymphatic system, crucial for the effective motion of our immune system.  This technique could be defined as a series of manual manoeuvres, very softly, that should be done with the aim of moving the lymph from anywhere it may be stuck from. The goal is to take and drain the lymph to healthy points towards their usual evacuation.
